摘要
Abstract
In the context of rapid economic and social development, the conflicts between the supply and demand of regional water resources are becoming more and more prominent. In order to solve the problems of water resources shortage, the number of small inter-basin water diversion projects gradually increases. With Guanyang inter-basin water diversion project as example, the development strategy position of regional socio-e-conomy, the potential use of water resources and the water supply and demand balance are discussed, the necessity of inter-basin transfer project for the receving areas is studied comprehensively, the conclusion given in the end is authentic, and the method has some references for similar inter-basin transfer project.
