番茄品种分子指纹的SRAP分析
SRAP Analysis on the Molecular Fingerprint of Tomato Cultivars
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To identify three tomato cultivars by SRAP technology. [ Melhod] The DNA was extracted from the fresh leaves of three tomato cultivars (Ouxiu 806, Ouxiu 201 and one uncertain cultivar) by the improved CTAB method, and then analyzed by SRAP, a dendrogram was constructed among the cultivars. [ Result] 103 SNPs were amplified from the 54 pairs of primers, the uncertain cultivar was determined to be Ouxiu 806. [Conclusion] The SRAP technolgy can effectively identify the tomato cultivars.关键词
