苦参毛状根诱导及其培养条件的研究

摘要
Abstract
[ Objertive ] The research aimed to induce the hair roots of Sophora flavescens Ait. to provide a new source for malrine and
oxymatrine accumulation. [ Method ] Induction rate of hairy roots of Sophora flavescens Ait. by Agrobacterium rhizogenes R1601 was investigated
using different explants when the concen I ration of acetoayringone and time were different respectively. Meanwhile, the subcultured medium was
selected by changing the components and concentrations of medium. [ Result ] Results indicated that, the best conditions of inducing hairy roots
were as follows; young buds as explant were infected by R1601 with 100 μmol/L acetosyringone for 20 min,and then fostered at (25 ± 1) ℃
for 2 d in the dark. The induction rate was 28.6% , the survival rate was 46.7%. The hair roots could grow well in the subcultured medium that
was adjusted. [Conclusion] The best Induction condition of the hair roots of Sophora flavescens Ait. was as follows: look 1 week budlet of So-
phora flavescens Ait as explant, K1601 for bacterial strain, added 100 μmol/L acetosyringone, dip-dye 20 min, and at (25 ± 1) ℃ for dark
