Application of Genome Shuffing In the Breeding of a Cellulase-producing Trichoderma
摘要
Abstract
[Objective ] To explore the feasibility of genome shuffling to improve the ability of Triehaderma on degradation of cellulose. [ Meth-od] The method of genome shuffling was used to transform a cellulase-pruducing Trichoderma, and determine and compare its cellulose activi-ty. [ Result] TTie cellulose activity after mutation breeding was 1. 17 times that of wild strains, the average cellulase activity of fusants was 1.82 times that of wild strains after the first round of genome shuffling, and 3.27 limes after the second round. [ Conclusion ] Genome shuffling can effectively improve the certain characteristics of microorganisms in a relatively short period.关键词
