Abstract
The paper reviewed the principles and characteristics of several molecular markers, including RAPD, SSR, 1SSR, AFLP and SRAP, etc. , then introduced their application status in the classification and identification of germplasm resources, the analysis of genetic relationship and the identification of hybrids, and finally discussed the development prospect of molecular markers in the analysis of genetic relationship, the identification of species and cultivars, construction of genetic linkage map and molecular marker-assisted selection of tree peony.关键词
