Isolation and Cultivation of the Stain of Wild Coprinus comatus in Wuling Mountain
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To isolate and cultivate wild Coprinus comatus strain in Willing Mountain, so as to provide basis for its domestication. [ Method] Wild Coprinus comatus strain was firstly isolated by tissue isolation method and then cultivated. [ Result] The mycelium of wild Coprinus comatus was white and had clamp connection. The optimal temperature, pH and the optimal stock culture medium of mycelium growth were 25? ,6.0 and wheal medium respectively. [ Conclusion] The mycelium of wild Coprinus comatus grew fast and the biological efficiency was 58.42% in ihe medium mixed with straws.关键词
