德庆何首乌提取物对成骨细胞增殖的影响
Effects of RADIX POLYGONI MULTIFLORI Extractives on the Multiplication of Osteoblasts
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to investigate the effect of RADIX POLYGON I MULTIFLORI extractives on the multiplication of osteo-blasts in hampan of newborn rats cultured in vitro and the dose-effect relationship. [ Methods] Different concent rations of extractives were put in osteoblasts system of hampan of newborn rats, and MTT method was employed to detect the multiplication of osteoblasts after culluring with the extractives of ethyl acetate for 24, 48 and 72 h, respectively. [ Result ] The extractives of ethyl acetate can promote the multiplication of osteoblasts with the concentration of 0. 1 ing/ml. [Conclusion] The extractives of ethyl acetate can promote the multiplication of osleoblasts.关键词
