Effects of Different Soil Type on Tobacco Main Chemical Component of K326 Variety in Yunnan
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to understand the effects of different soil type on tobarro main chemical component of K326 variety in Yunnan. [ Method] K326 tobacco leaf samples were collected from different soil types in Yunnan. The main chemical component conlenl was analyzed and the difference was compared. [ Result] There were remarkable differences in the content of starch, petroleum ether extract, volatile base, magnesium, pH, Schmuck value and the ratio of sugar to alkaloid in upper leaf. There were remarkable differences in the conlenl of petroleum ether extract, volatile acid and pH in cutters and total sugar, reducing sugar, the difference between total sugar and reducing sugar, total nitrogen, protein, Schmuck value, (he ratio uf sugar to alkaloid, petroleum ether extract, volatile acid and calcium in lower leaf. [ Conclusion] The effects of soil type on tobacco main chemical component to different leaf position was lower leaf > upper leaf > cutters.关键词
