摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To isolate and identify the epidemic strains of Canine Distemper Virus ( CDV) in Shihezi. [ Method ] The lymph node9 of the nature morbidity dog with suspected clinical symptoms of canine distemper and positive results for ELISA assay were sampled tobe inoculated into the African green monkey kidney cell line (Vero) to isolate canine distemper virus. RT-PCR was used to delect CDV virus nucleic acid to identify the infected virus in cells. [ Result] The pathological material vaccinated into the Vero cell produced obvious cell pathological change (CPE) , with the RT-PCR technology, the CDV specific nucleic acid was amplified, whose length was the same as the predicted, the nueleotide homology between the H gene fragment of CDV isolates and the C54 standard virulent strains of CDV was 98.4%. [ Conclusion] The CDV was successfully isolated and identified to be an epidemic strains of Shihezi, providing references for the diagnosis of CD.关键词
