中药对脾虚仔猪胃蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶的影响
Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Pepsase and Trypsin of Piglets with Spleen Deficiency
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The aim was to study the effect of self-made Guchang Cuchang San on pepsase and trypsin of piglets with spleen deficiency. [ Method] Piglets model of spleen deficiency was formed by injecting piglets with reserpine as well as the alternative treatment of no-feeding and feeding, the activity of pepsase and the content of trypsin of piglets were determined before injecting piglets with reserpine, on the day of injecting reserpine, the second and the eighth day after giving medicine, respectively. [ Result] After the test was finished, the activities of every enzymes of Cuchang Cuchang San group had no significant difference with normal control group, while the activities of every enzymes of spleen deficiency control group and Smecta group had significant difference with normal control group. [ Conclusion ] Cuchang Cuchang San can promote the pepsase activity and trypsin recovery of piglets of spleen deficiency caused by reserpine.关键词
