摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the content of trace elements in walnuts and provide basis for its development and utilization. [Method] The walnuts samples were firstly digested with microwave, and the contents of seven trace elements, including K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Mnf Zn and Fe, were determined by FASS. [Result] The contents of Zn, Cu, Mn, Fe, Mg, K and Ca were 56.25, 36.50, 34.50, 102.00, 280.75, 1 929.50 and 452.50 jig/g with the recoveries between 98.6% and 100.9%. Apart from Ca and Cu whose determination had errors, the KSD of other elements was in the range of 0.03% -1.30%. [ Conclusion ] The instrument in the experiment is simple and easy with satisfactory results.
