百合资源地理标志权与植物新品种权保护
Geographical Indications of Lily Resources and Protection of New Plant Varieties Right
摘要
Abstract
The geographical indications of lily resources and the protection of new plant varieties right were introduced, and the development measures were discussed. Some suggestions were proposed, such as to register the agricultural product geographical indications of lily, to combine the protection of geographical indications with the protection of new plant varieties right, to encourage the use of all special signs of geographical indications, to establish state quality standards of the national geographic indication products, to unite the lily brand, to develop the tourism resources of lily with geographical indications, and to strengthen the poverty alleviation through developing lily industry.关键词
