摘要
Abstract
With a case study of a land consolidation project in Jiangxia District, Wuhan, Hubei Province, a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system was established, and the grading standards of each index were determined according to related laws, regulations and standards of land consolidation industry. The post comprehensive benefits of the land consolidation project were evaluated hy multi-level fuzzy method. As indicated by the research results, after the land consolidation project, the whole consolidation process has reached a "good" level, the economic benefits has reached an "excellent" level, the social benefits has reached a "good" level, the eco-effiriency has has reached a "good" level, and the overall efficiency reached an "excellent" level. The land consolidation project has realized the integration of process benefits, economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits, which were in accordance with the re-sftt target of land consolidation.关键词
