林下种植的天麻质量分析与评价
Quantity Analysis and Assessment of Gastrodia elata Planted under the Forest
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To analysis and evaluate the quality of Gastrodia elata BI. planted under the forest of Qiyao Mountain of Chongqing City. [ Method] According to the standards in Chinese Pharmacopeia, the moisture content, total ash content, and extracts content of G. data planted under the forest of Qiyao Mountain of Chongqing City by microscope and thin layer identification. At the same time, the gastrodin content was delected by high performance liquid chromatography. And the quality of G. elata was evaluated. [ Result] A small amount of needle crystal of calcium oxalate was detected in sample powder. The moisture content was 8.90% ; total ash content was 3. 81% ; extracts content was 15.49% , which all accorded with the standards in Chinese Pharmacopeia. The gastrodin content in crude sample was 0. 162% ; after steaming, the gastrodin content reached 0.534%. [ Conclusion] Gastrodin content after steaming in Qiyao Mountain of Chongqing City accorded with the standards in Chinese Pharmacopeia.关键词
