Abstract
[Objective] To analyze the volatile chemical components in Inula salsoloides Ostenf. by GC-MS. [ Melhod] The volatile chemical components were firstly extracted by water-steam distillation and then analyzed with GC-MS. [ Result] Twenty components were extracted and identified from /. Salsoloides, and the main components were 8-isopropylidene-bicyclo[4. 3.0]nonan-2-one,( 13.92% ) , 1,1-diethoxy-ethane (10.38%), l-(l-ethuxyethoxy)-propane(10.30%}, 2-(l-oxopropyl)- benzoic acid, methyl ester (10.08% ), nutmeg acid (S. 03% ) and diethyl phthalate(7. 38% ). [Conclusion] The method is accurate, reliable and can be used for analyzing the volatile components in /. Salsoloides. 关键词
