乙醇浓度对宁夏六盘山栽培秦艽中龙胆苦苷提取率的影响
Effects of Ethanol Concentration on the Extraction Rate of Gentiopicroside from the Gentiana macrophylla Pall in Ningxia Liupan Mountain of China
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To explore the effects of ethanol concentration on the extraction rate of genfiopicroside from the Gentiana macrophylla Pall. in Ningxia Liupan Mountain of China. [ Method] Gentiopicroside content was detected from G. macrophylla by HPLC at room tempera-ture. Effects of 45%, 55%, 65% and 75% ethanol on the extraction rate of gentiopicroside from G. macrophytla were compared. [ Result]Extraction rates of gontiopieroside by 45%, 55%, 65% and 75% ethanol were 12. 50%, 13.26%, 14.53% and 14.42%, respectively.[ Conclusion ] When the ethanol concentration was 65%, extraction rate of gentiopicroside from G. macrophylla was the highest.关键词
