Effects of Exhaustive Exercise on the Activities of SOD and AKP in Nibea japonica
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The research aimed to study the change laws of SOD activity, AKP activity and protein level in the serum, gill and liver of Nibea japomca before and after exhaustive exercise. [ Method ] Using Nibea japonica as study objects, the activities of SOD and AKP and protein content were determined by using SOD kit , AKP kit and Commasie brilliant blue staining method. [ Result] After exhaustive exercise, the activities of SOD and AKP in N, japonica declined sharply. The order of SOD activity in the serum, gill and liver was as follows;serum > liver > gill and the order of AKP activity was as follows; gill > liver > serum. But the protein content had no significant change after exhaustive exercise. [Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis and practice basis for the disease control of N. japomca.关键词
