中药制剂对肉鸡血浆SOD活性和MDA含量的影响
Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation on SOD Activity and MDA Content in the Plasma of Broilers
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to study the control effects of Chinese medicine preparation against ascites syndrome of broilers and discuss the anlioxidant role of traditional Chinese medicine preparation on broilers. [ Method] 400 I-week-old commercial healthy Avian broilers were randomly divided into four groups and different feeds were fed. The animal model of broilers with ascites syndrome was set up by feeding high-energy and high-protein diet. The prevention effects of ascites syndiorae in broilers by using traditional Chinese medicine preparation were studied. [ Result ] Compared with control group, SOD activity obviously increased ( P < 0.01),MDA content significantly decreased ( P < 0.01) and the incidence of ascites syndrome of broiler obviously decreased ( P < 0.01) in the plasma of broilers in the group of feeding traditional Chinese preparation Xiaofusan- [Conclusion] Chinese medicine preparation Xiaofusan can significantly reduce the incidence of ascites syndrome, increase SOD activity and clear up MDA.关键词
