水提茶油法茶渣中茶皂素的超声波辅助提取方法
Extraction of Tea Saponin by Ultrasonic-assisted Method from the Tea Seed Residue after Tea Oil Extraction

Abstract
[Objective] To study the ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction of tea saponin from the tea seed residue, so as provide references for the extraction of tea saponin. [ Method] With the tea oil extraction residue as materials, the technical conditions for the ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction of tea saponin were studied. Based on single factor test, a four-factor and three-level central composite experiment was carried out, and a quadric regression equation was established. [ Result] Hie best technical parameters for the ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction of tea saponin were 70% of ethanol concentration, 1:10 g/ml of solid-liquid ratio, 60 t) of extraction temperature, 30 min of extraction duration and twice of extraction. Under these conditions, the extraction rate could reach up to (89.854 3 ±0.485 8)%. [Conclusion] The ultrasonic-assisted extraction was time-saving, low-energy consumed, simple and easily operated.关键词
