高速水稻插秧机分插机构振动特性研究
Research on Vibration Characteristics of Separate Planting Mechanism of High-speed Rice Transplanter

Abstract
In order to improve the planting performance of high-speed rice transplanter, the vibration characteristics of the supporting arm of its separating-planting mechanism were researched. A three-dimensional model of the supporting arm was built by the PRO/E software, and its stress and vibration mode were also analyzed by the finite element analysis software, and the 6-order mode analysis results were obtained. The study results indicate that the reasonable design on arm structure enable the natural frequency of the arm to effectively avoid the periodic excitation frequency of the implantation aim and the frequency of vehicle, which provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of the separate planting mechanism and improving the performance of the revolving speed.关键词
