我国农村人力资本投资优化对策分析
Analysis on the Strategies to Optimize Rural Human Capital Investment in China
摘要
Abstract
According to related data in statistical bulletin, the present status and existing problems of China rural human capital investment were analyzed and summarized, and related strategies were proposed to optimize the investment, firslty, to improve people's knowledge about rural human capital investment; secondly, to give full play of governmental function in human capital investment; thirdly, to increase the investment in rural basic education; fourthly, to enhance the fanners' training; fifthly, to improve the investment in rural medical and health care.关键词
