Forecast of the Supply and Demand of Labor Forces in Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
By using the population polyfactor compounding projection and other economic forecast methods, the supply and demand of labor forces in Anhui Province in the year of 2011 - 2025 were forecasted. The results showed that the supply and demand of labor forces will start to change in 2014, when the quantity of labors starts to decline and the shortage of labor forces will appear for the first time. It was proposed that some measures should be taken from industrial upgrading, improving labor quality and regulating labor participiation rate to cope with the upcoming problem of labor shortage.关键词
