Effects of Fertility-associated Antigen on the Fertilization of Spermatozoa
摘要
Abstract
Fertility-associated antigen plays an important role in capacitation and insemination,it has been identified as a marker for fertility potential. The antigen digests the spermatozoa-neutrophil binding,and promotes the percentages of sperm fertility. The secretion,domain and chemical properly of FAA and its relationships with the fertilization of spermatozoa were summarized,hoping that the antigen can be used as a component of semen extender.关键词
