Identification of Dominant Bacterium for Microbial Flax Retting
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To establish applicable microbial flax retting technique. [ Method] Cultivars from six flax cultivation bases were collected to study the microbial dynamic changing pattern and screen the dominant bacteria. [Result] The quantity of the microbe was generally the same, reaching the peak within 48 h. [Conclusion] The Bacillus is identified to be the dominant bacterium.关键词
