摘要

Abstract

Based on the Held investigation of the customer satisfaction with farm tourism in Xlaying Town of Tianjin, and according to the basic theory of American Customer Satisfaction Index Model ( ACSI) , the principal component analysis was used to evaluate customer satisfaction and analyze its relationships with customer loyalty. The results showed that the personalized marketing and the advanced information network would help to improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
