膝骨关节炎患者血清MMP-3、TIMP-1水平变化及相关性研究
The changes and correlations of MMP-3, TIMP-1 in knee osteoarthritis patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the change of serum MMP-3 , TIMP-1 in the knee KOA patients,and to study the correlation. Methods The serum levels of MMP-3, TIMP-1 , IL-1β, TGF-β were detected by enzyme-linked im-munosorbent assay( ELISA ); CD4 + CD25 + CD127 low/- Treg of peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry; 60 cases of KOA patients were divided into three groups of mild, medium, severe, based on the Lequesne MG; and with 60-year-old as a dividing line, 160 cases of KOA patients were divided into two groups, <60 years old group ( 26 cases ), ≥ 60 years old group ( 34 cases ), and the changes of MMP-3 , TIMP-1 of serum in the KOA and the relationship of the indexes in KOA patients were analysed. Results (T) Compared with the control group, the levels of MMP-3 were significantly increased, TIMP-1 levels were significantly decreased in KOA patients ( P <0. 05 ). (2) MMP-3 , TIMP-1 in severe group were significantly higher than those of the mild group and moderate group. The levels of serum MMP-3 , TIMP-1 in moderate group were significantly higher than those of the mild group ( P < 0. 05 ). (3) Compared with under 60 years old group, MMP-3 , TIMP-1 were significantly higher than those of above 60 years old ( P <0. 05 ). (4) Correlation analysis showed that the KOA serum MMP-3 , TIMP-1 and LequesneMG integration, SAS points, ESR, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, IL-ip, TGF-p were positively correlated with all SF-36 dimensions of integration, while CD4 + CD25 + CD127 low/- Treg was negatively correlative ( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion That TIMP-1 decreases and MMP-3 increases in the serum of KOA patients significantly, its expression disorders may be involved in the process of KOA.关键词
