MCT1、CD147在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其相关性研究
Expression of relevance and significance of MCT1,CD147 in non-small cell lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the expressions of monocarboxylate transports one ( MCT1 ), CD147 ( EMM-PRIN ) mRNA and protein in non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC ), and to explore their clinico-pathological value. Methods Tissues of carcinoma and peritumor were obtained from 56 cases of NSCLC and those from 20 patients with benign tumor, in which tissues of peritumor and benign tumor served as a control group, comparing with carcin-oma group. Results ① The expressions of MCT1 ,CD147 in specimens of NSCLC were higher than those in peritu-moral and pulmonary benign diseases tissues( P <0. 05 );② Correlation analysis showed that there was significantly positive correlation between MCT1 and CD147 in the lung cancer cell membrane( P <0. 05 );③ The expressions of MCT1 , CD147 were correlated with types of histological and lymph node metastasis statistically ( P <0. 05 ),in addition, the protein of MCT1( in the intercellular substance )was correlated with degree of differentiation and smoking ( P <0. 05 ), and the mRNA of MCT1 was correlated with degree of differentiation( P <0. 05 ). Conclusion There are statistical correlation between the expressions of MCT1 ,CD147 in NSCLC.关键词
