New SD rat osteoblasts by modified explant culture in vitro and identification
摘要
Abstract
The original generation of osteoblasts of 24-hour old SD rats were isolated and cultured in vitro with three methods-the traditional tissue plant method, traditional enzyme digestion method, and modified enzymatic digestion method. The osteoblasts generated by 3 methods were identified and compared with each other at last. The modified enzymatic digestion method can train a lot of high purity osteoblasts in a short term, which cells had typical morphological and biological characteristics of osteoblasts. The ALP dyes and type I collagen immunity fluorescence were all positive. The activity of ALP reached 92%. This method is better than the other two, and provides a feasible, simple operation of the generation osteoblast training method in vitro.关键词
