摘要
Abstract
Oxalis corniculata L axillary bud explants were used for rapid propagation to assess colchicine effects on growth and mutagenesis. The optimal bud induction and proliferation medium was found to be： MS＋2.0 mg.L^-1 6-BA＋1. 5 mg.L^-1 NAA, 1/2MS＋1.0 mg.L^-1 NAA. After colchicine treatment at 10 mg. mL^-1, bud induction was 100%, stem swelling, and dwarfing were observed.关键词
