Theory of tacit knowledge in inheritance of TCM sciences
摘要
Abstract
The study on TCM academic inheritance is very important to talent training and TCM academic innovation. The paper introduced the concept of tacit knowledge and pointed out that there are a lot of tacit knowledge and corresponding inheritance strategies in TCM knowledge hierarchy. The introduction of tacit knowledge theory will influence the conception innovation of TCM academic inheritance and provide useful guidance of epistemology and methodology. And modern information technology can become an important tool for the acquisition, transformation and conversion in TCM academic inheritance. It was explored how to use the theory and method of tacit knowledge to improve the inheritance of TCM sciences in the paper.关键词
