On development of Chinese medicinal chemistry
摘要
Abstract
Chinese medicinal chemistry, as an important part of TCM scientific system, has some changes with the development of modern Chinese medicine. The research of Chinese medicinal chemistry involves three aspects, including nature chemistry of Chinese medicinal aiming at illustrating nature chemistry propertiesof Chinese medicinal and guiding new medicinal development, preparative chemistry of Chinese medicinal aiming at promoting levels of innovation and quality control and illustrating processing principle of Chinese medicinal, and pharmaceutical chemistry of Chinese medicinal aiming at drug-like effective substances, drug-like dynamic property and synergy feature. On the solid foundation of previous study, the effective substances should be taken as core, multiple disciplines should be integrated and study of system network pharmacy should be conducted in the development of Chinese medicinal chemistry. The purpose is to elucidate the scientific connotation and improve the quality of Chinese medicinal, and realize the safe, effective and quality controllable of Chinese medicinal to serve for human health well.关键词
