蛾眉蕨贯众的化学成分研究
Chemical constituents of Emeijue Guanzhong (Lunathyrium acrostichoides Ching)
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Emeijue Guanzhong ( Lunathyrium acrostichoides Ching) for elucidating its material foundation of medical actions. Methods Emeijue Guanzhong was extracted with 95% ethanol, abstracted with organic solvent, and isolated and purified with repeat column chromatography of silica gel and recrystallization. The obtained compounds were identified in structure according to their physieochemical features and wave spectrum characteristics. Results There were 4 compounds isolated and identified for the first time from the ethanol extract of Emeijue Guanzhong, including desmethoxymatteucinol ( 1 ) , 3'-hydroxy-matteucinol (2), Stigmast-4-en-3,6-dione (3) , ponasterone A (4). Conclusion Compounds 1,2,3 and 4 are all isolated for the first time from Emeijue Guanzhong.关键词
