摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the triterpenoid saponins constituents in Altai Chaihu (Altai Radix Bupkuri). Methods Altai Chaihu was isolated and purified by using ehromatography technology and its structure was identified according to its physicochemical property and wave spectrum data. Results There were 5 compounds isolated and identified, including saikosaponin a, saikosaponin d, saikosaponin c, saikosaponin f and saikosaponin b3. Conclusion These five compounds are all isolated from Altai Chaihu for the first time.关键词
