SPH方法在聚能装药射流三维数值模拟中的应用
Application of SPH method to numerical simulation of shaped charge jet

Abstract
Based on the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method in LS-DYNA software, the shaped charge jet process was simulated.And the mechanism of the shaped charge jet was discussed according to the numerical simulation results.To analyze the accuracy, effectiveness and superiority about this method, as well as the error brought by different initial numbers N of touching neighbors per particle, the numerical simulation results were compared with two-dimensional (2D) finite element results and theoretical calculations.The investigated results show that some problems, such as grid distortion, winding and contact penetration which often happen in the finite element method, can be avoided in the SPH method, so the calculation process by the SPH method is stable, and the calculation precision is higher than that by the 2D finite element method.The relative error of the jet tip velocity and the jet length calculated by the SPH method compared with the finite element results and theoretical calculations are both lower than five percent, therefore the SPH method is adaptable in multi-material, large deformation problems such as shaped charges.The most ideal N is from 600 to 1 800, in which the relative error is lower than 3% and the computational efficiency is high.关键词
