不同土壤管理措施下南疆果园土壤微生物及酶活性特征
Features of the soil microorganism and its enzyme activities of orchard under different management measures in southern Xinjiang

Abstract
Effect of different management measures of orchard on soil Microorganism and its Enzyme activi- ties was determined in southern Xinjiang. The results of this study showed that the total number of soil microorganism was mulching grass〉 growing grass〉 no-tillage〉 clean tillage. The mulching grass and growing grass treatments greatly increased the total number of soil microorganism by 32. 90% and 11.63%, respectively, when compared to no-tillage, and increased by 38. 09% and 15. 99% when com- pared to clean tillage. In the microorganism components, the number of bacteria was dominant, and the actinomycetes and fungi came to the second and the third. The number of microorganisms showed obvious- ly vertical distribution characteristics, in which the bacteria, actinomycetes and fungi were the highest at 0--20 cm layer for each treatment, and decreased with the increase of soil depth. The soil enzyme activities was the mulching grass〉growing grass〉no-tillage〉clean tillage and they decreased as the soil depth increased, which was consistent with the number of microorganisms.关键词
