Abstract
Basic concepts of data mining and CRM were introduced, the application of data mining tech- nique in CRM was analyzed and the decision tree technique was emphasized. In order to reduce huge computa- tion and improve efficiency, a new splitting method--SPRINT algorithm was brought forward and customer classification model based on improved SPRINT algorithm was constructed.关键词
