Abstract
Management is a kind of practice. In order to reach the best management effect, practice of management needs the guidance and support of theories. The application of utility theory in many management fields in reality, especially in HR management, production management and investment management of enter- prises, plays a great role in improving management level and efficiency of enterprises. Only understanding and applying utility theory correctly in HR management, production management and investment management, can managers do their jobs more easily and reach the best effects.关键词
