关节镜辅助下内侧髌股韧带重建治疗复发性髌骨脱位
Medial patellofemoral ligament reconstruction assisted by arthroscopy for treatment of recurrent patellar dislocations

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the method and clinical effects of medial patellofemoral ligament(MPFL) reconstruction assisted by arthroscopy for the treatment of recurrent patellar dislocations. Methods From July 2008 to September 2010, 13 patients with recurrent patellar dislocation were included and took MPFL reconstruction by arthroscopic-assisted autogenous semitendinosus tendon graft. The knee joint function was evaluated by the Lysholm scores before operation and in postoperative 1 year. Results All patients were followed up for 1. 1 - 3. 2 years(average 1.7 years) without redislocation of the patella or restricted joint activity. The Lysholm scores were 73. 5±4.7 before operation and 94. 7±4.5 in postoperative 1 year,showing statistical difference between before and after operation(P<0. 01). Conclusion MPFL reconstruction assisted by arthroscopy is an effective method to treat recurrent patellar dislocations with the advantages of simple operating,minimally invasion and good patella stability.关键词
