摘要
Abstract
The theory of ELF/SLF/VLF broadband H-filed sensor is analyzed.The key technique about low noise of H-filed antenna,low noise of amplifier and calibration sensor coefficient is solved.ELF/SLF/VLF broadband H-filed sensor is manufactured,and the characteristics of sensitivity and phase are tested,which indicates the equipment achieves the predicted goal.关键词
