Numerical Calculation of Temperature and Stress Field of Complex Nozzle

Abstract
To ensure the structure safety of nozzle while working in high-temperature gas flow, it is necessary to estimate the temperature distribution and thermal-structure accurately. Aiming at this problem, the finite element model of complex nozzle was established. The CFD and the thermal and structural analysis part of ANSYS were used to simulate the temperature field and stress field,and the coupled calculation method of thermal-structure was achieved. The results show that the heat-transfer coefficient gets maximum value at throat. From downstream of convergent section to throat, the peak value of temperature appears, and the temperature changes continuously in the same material. The temperature and stress show obvious change of gradient at the interface of different materials, and the stress concentration forms at the interface. The conclusion offers technical support for structural design of nozzle and safety assessment.关键词
