摘要

Abstract

In electricity production,the technical problem of large transformer heat generation caused by Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) has plagued power engineers for a long time.The fundamental reasons cause this phenomenon are the incomprehension of MFL generation mechanism and the misunderstanding of the heating mechanism caused by MFL.Thus,it is difficult to find feasible solutions when these faults happen to transformers.In this paper,the generating progress of MFL and the heating mechanism were explored and analyzed from the perspective of magnetic shielding,taking the heat generation of top and bottom sealing bolts on transformer tank for example.The research provides a reference for dealing with the heat generation of transformer caused by MFL and studying the MFL of related equipments.
