Abstract
In this manuscript, response surface methodology was used in order to optimize the fermentation conditions of Bacillus sp. LJ-7 esterase. The three factors with prominent influence on yield of esterase, fermentation time, fermentation temperature and initial pH value of medium, were determined through single-factor experiments. The Box-Benhnken central composite experiments were applied to further determine the optimal fermentation conditions, which were based on the results of single-factor experiments. And the optimal fermentation conditions were described as follow: fermentation time was 42.81 h, fermentation temperature was 29.40 ℃ , initial pH value of medium was 6.21, respectively. Under the optimal conditions, the anticipant esterase activity was 24. 91 U/mL, while the practical esterase activity was 24. 63 U/ML up to 95% of the anticipant value. The model has better prediction and great applicable value in esterase fermentation.关键词
