黄原胶对造纸滑石粉的助留效果
The retention effect of xanthan gum on talc powder
摘要
Abstract
Using environmental friendly xanthan gum for the retention of the filler talc powder, this article mainly studies on the retention effect of xanthan gum on the filler talc powder by the factor experiment. When the charge of xanthan gum is 0.20%, the optimal retention to filler talc powder can be obtained. Some indexes of the sheet filled with talc powder are as follows:ash content 7. 86%, apparent density 0. 62 g/cm3, burst index 0. 049 kPa · mVg, tensile index 48. 49 N · m/g, tear index 18. 26 mN · mVg, folding strength 730 times. The paper properties meet the requirement and xanthan gum can be used for the retention aid of talc filler.关键词
