凝固浴对蓄热调温聚丙烯腈纤维性能的影响
Effect of coagulation bath on thermal regulating PAN fibers

Abstract
Thermal regulating polyacrylonitrile(PAN) fibers with 16.7% mass fraction of paraffin microencapsulated phase change material(MEPCM) were prepared using polyamide paraffin MEPCM as phase change materials and aqueous solution of sodium thiocyanate(NaSCN) as solvent. Effects of NaSCN mass fraction in coagulation bath on properties of thermal regulating PAN fibers were investigated. Results indicated that linear density of the fibers was increased, breaking strength, thermal shrinkage and boil water shrinkage was decreased, elongation and loop strength was first increased and then decreased with the increasing of NaSCN mass fraction in coagulation bath. The optimum NaSCN mass fraction in coagulation bath was 10%. The prepared fibers showed good mechanical and thermal properties, in which the breaking strength was 1. 35 cN/dtex, the enthalpy was 26. 0 J/g and the thermal efficiency was 78. 4%.关键词
