摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the molded pulp proofing period and cost the technology of sand mould was studied by analysis of several effect factors. The results showed the order effecting on the strength of the sand mould was tung oil, bentonite, temperature and time. When the 40-60 mesh of the sand was used the optimal combination of materials and technical condition as follow: the sand is 100 g, the quality of tung oil is 6 g, the quality of bentonite is 2 g, the temperature is 200 °C , the time is 25 min, thickness is 10 mm. The testing experiments indicate that the strength and drainability of the sand mould could satisfy proofing need.
