摘要

Abstract

A new type of edible ink was prepared, the composition of which is ^(distilled water) : m(sucrose) : m(artificial color) : m(xanthan gum) : m(soybean oil) = 20 : 35. 8 : 1 : 0. 2 : 43. The printability, density, firmness and glossiness was studied when the ink was printed on coated paper and uncoated paper by screen printing technology. The result showed that the firmness range of the presswork was 87. 8% to 93. 3%, which can reach the national standard. The density and glossiness of the ink printed on coated paper was obviously better than that printed on uncoated paper, suggested that the ink was more suitable for coated paper material in printing.
