摘要

Abstract

PAN carbon fibre/hydroxyapatite composite was prepared by electro-deposition method in this experiment. The influence of oxidized carbon fibre and depositional conditions including deposition time, deposition voltage and bath temperature on the deposition effect was studied. The crystal phase of hydroxyapatite coat was investigated by XRD. The surface morphology of oxidized and unoxidized carbon fibre electrodeposited and un-electrodeposited was observed by SEM. The results showed that homogeneous HA coat was obtained more easily using oxidized PAN carbon fibre as substrate. The optimal conditions were 30 min of deposition time, 25 V of deposition voltage and 90 ℃ of bath temperature.
