油砂细微粒组分的表面润湿性

Abstract
In this study, two oil sands were obtained from Heiyoushan, Xinjiang and Zhalaiteqi, Inner Mongolia, respectively. The solids were extracted from oil sands using solvent washing and fines ?0 pern) were separated from the solids. The surface wettability of the fines was examined using various methods. It was found that both of the fines extracted from the oil sands are hydrophobic. However, in comparison with the fines extracted from the oil sands of Zhalaiteqi, the Heiyoushan fines show some hydrophilicity. It was also found that the fines after being heated at high temperature of 500 C for 1 h exhibited strong hydrophilicity, which was attributed to the elimination of the organics adsorbed on the fines surface. The XPS characterization indicated that the surface hydrophobicity of the two oil sands fines was resulted from the organics adsorption on the solids surface.关键词
