Abstract
With the increasing application of the technology of the internet of things, the automation and intel- ligent level of coastal waters transportation management is improving continuously, and hence the merchant ship real time monitoring and management can be realized gradually. This paper discusses the design of a coastal waters intel- ligent transportation system by taking AIS （ Automatic Identification System） as a data acquisition sensing unit of the internet of things. The advantages of AIS-based internet of things and the application prospects of the coastal waters intelligent transportation system are analyzed. The scheme is proved to be feasible.关键词
