丁微硅油乳与利多卡因胶浆和丁卡因胶浆在胃镜检查的效果比较
Effect Comparision of Dingweiguiyou Emulsion, Lidocaine Mucilage and Tetracaine Mucilage Application in Electronic Gastroscopy

Abstract
Objective: To observe application effects of Dingweiguiyou emulsion in electronic gastroscopy. Methods: Patients were randomly divided into a study group and a control group. 10 minutes before examination, the former group were given 3 ~ 5 mL Dingweiguiyou emulsion orally; and the latter were given lidocaine hydrochloride mucilage 10 mL or tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage S mL The clarity of the viewing field in gastroscopy, the effects of anesthesia, and taste were evaluated. Results: The clarity of the viewing field in gastroscopy and anti-foaming effect in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Anesthetic effect was similar to that in the control group, and the taste was better than that in the control group. Conclusions: Dingweiguiyou emulsion application can significantly eliminate the foam impact, improve vision clarity, shorten time, and reduce occurrence of misdiagnosis.关键词
